Common questions

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data.

Is my information private?
Yes — everything you save is private to your account. See our Privacy Policy.

How do reminders work?
Cynnes reminds you about upcoming birthdays and life events, and can nudge you to reach out to someone based on a rhythm you set on their card.

Can Cynnes make a card from how I remember meeting someone?
Yes. Tap Add person, tell or type the story, then choose “Shape the card.” Cynnes suggests up to 15 small details using only what you said. You can edit or remove every suggestion before anything is saved.
